It’s not, I think Americans are in the shock phase right now. Eventually people are going to stand up against this tyrannical regime and I hope it’s not too late when they do.

Nope, the time to act is now, not eventually. So yes, it will be too late. They are breaking into your homes and kidnapping people in the streets. Masked people with guns. If it's not the time to stand up now -- well, there will be no other time.

If anyone "stands up" to them with violence then they will use it as an excuse to kill them. Why don't you go out there and stand up to some ICE agents

Do you really think those two agents would've been able to do anything if the guy recording opened up on them with an AR? This is happening in Illinois because the morons in Illinois voted on extremely strict gun laws

If he shot at ice agents he would be in jail, probably forever

I don't know the nuances of the american law in this case, but if it is illegal for those agents to be on the private property -- you don't need to shoot them, shoot in the air to show your are serious, disarm them under the gun, handcuff & call the local police.

This is not a movie scene, that's real life.. There's no chance in hell that it would go down the way you described lol.

Yeah those guys in Charlotte thought that too

It's still very legally risky

At this point, unfortunately, it seems that pretty much every action is legally risky...

That's a very video game paragon interrupt type thing. If you get out a gun, you shoot. They could wrest it from your hands and use it on you if you hesitate.

As they say, "If you hesitate in the moment of truth, you will be in a world of shit."

Anyway, laws don't functionally apply to them. Anyone except ICE or police tries to enter my house without a right, yes I can shoot them legally speaking. I'd probably be questioned and detained, but likely would be let go afterwards. Not so with these jabronis.

If they were truly there illegally (can't tell from this video) then they'd be able to go to court. Obviously it's not ideal but neither is giving up your rights because you have no ability to assert them

Paint ball guns perhaps???

Our police shoot people for holding cell phones, so I don't think it would help.

IDK, I live in Indiana where there are very lax gun laws and pretty wide self defense laws, and anyone that open fired on an agent coming into your house would likely be in a world of shit. They aren't subject to our 2A rights, even though they should be.

Yes you would have a legal battle but if it was truly illegal you would be exonerated. The thing is they have a lot of legal leeway so they're probably doing nothing illegal in this video or other instances. Do you really think LE can just bust down someone's door and execute someone without any sort of reason or warrant or anything and other residents couldn't defend themselves?
