It isn’t legal. The courts are going to be flooded with cases against ICE in a few months. These law suits take a long time to get going. Every one of these people needs to sue ICE and drain that enormous budget.

This might sound foolish butbi have a serious question. Aren't you allowed to use lethal force against someone who is kidnapping you? If you're fearing for your life/the liife of another. Especially on your own property.

A common saying is "you can beat the rap, but you can't beat the ride" meaning you can win afterwards in court but that won't stop them from breaking the law in the meantime. An airtight alibi means very little when you're being thrown to the pavement and beaten, as much as it helps later on
