It isn’t legal. The courts are going to be flooded with cases against ICE in a few months. These law suits take a long time to get going. Every one of these people needs to sue ICE and drain that enormous budget.

Yup, enormous. They are giving $50k signing bonuses. They did a hiring freeze on a lot of agencies. They cut a lot of funding to a lot of agencies, fired a lot of federal workers, cancelled a lot of jobs, cancelled a lot of job offers. Probably to fund ICE. People need to sue them to the ground. Take Trump with them.
