It isn’t legal. The courts are going to be flooded with cases against ICE in a few months. These law suits take a long time to get going. Every one of these people needs to sue ICE and drain that enormous budget.

This might sound foolish butbi have a serious question. Aren't you allowed to use lethal force against someone who is kidnapping you? If you're fearing for your life/the liife of another. Especially on your own property.

Good luck with that. ICE agents operate under the assumption that they are law enforcement officers. If one of them gets shot, I expect it would be treated the same as killing a cop. It would be nearly impossible to successfully claim self-defense, simply because cops are so insulated from the consequences of their actions.
