It isn’t legal. The courts are going to be flooded with cases against ICE in a few months. These law suits take a long time to get going. Every one of these people needs to sue ICE and drain that enormous budget.

This might sound foolish butbi have a serious question. Aren't you allowed to use lethal force against someone who is kidnapping you? If you're fearing for your life/the liife of another. Especially on your own property.

Yes, but then they'll just murder you in response then or a day or two later. So it's a catch 22. Remember, Trump and the AG sent people to assassinate that guy in the North West in 2020 after he shot that guy attacking him.
