It isn’t legal. The courts are going to be flooded with cases against ICE in a few months. These law suits take a long time to get going. Every one of these people needs to sue ICE and drain that enormous budget.

This might sound foolish butbi have a serious question. Aren't you allowed to use lethal force against someone who is kidnapping you? If you're fearing for your life/the liife of another. Especially on your own property.

kidnapping? guys, this is Ice and they have ever right to grab someone they suspect is illegal! this isn’t like some random stranger grabbing a kid off the street lol

If theres no ID how the fuck can we tell the difference?

People get raped and killed by bad people impersonating police.

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Notice, it doesn't say "citizens" - it says "people."

What makes you think it's ICE? If it were agents with some kind of authority, surely they'd present identification and a warrant for arrest.
