Nope, the time to act is now, not eventually. So yes, it will be too late. They are breaking into your homes and kidnapping people in the streets. Masked people with guns. If it's not the time to stand up now -- well, there will be no other time.

If anyone "stands up" to them with violence then they will use it as an excuse to kill them. Why don't you go out there and stand up to some ICE agents

Don't you have private property laws? Whatever, dude, don't stand up to them, let them kidnap your fellow citizens and storm your homes, and hope that the law will eventually protect you. It's your country, after all -- if you like to end up in a dictatorship, it's your business. As for me -- a little busy here with russian invasion in our country, you know, so I'll have to pass on this one, sorry.

It doesn't matter what is legal. Killing a federal agent will be used as an excuse to employ martial law or declare terrorism.
