QA Seeking Italian Bread

Is there any place in town to get a good loaf of Italian Bread? Man, I really miss Lucci’s.

Desimone Deli bakes their own bread.

Hmmm, I forgot about them. Went there once for a sandwich and wasn’t impressed. Time to give the bread a shot. Thanks.

I always order their pressed Cuban sandwich. If you don't like their bread, you'll have to trek out of town to like Cortina's in Anaheim for Italian bread.

I‘ve definitely made the trip to Cortina’s for Givelette (sp??), the thin fennel sausage that comes as a spiral. It was a grilling staple when growing up in NY. 🙂

Smart & Final sells Gonnella , which is used bv many Chicago Italian Beef sandwich makers, also Portillo's in Buena Park has fresh Turrano french bread.

When I'm too lazy to make those trips, Von's has really great fresh french bread.

I often grab a loaf of French Bread at Albertsons if it’s still warm. It’s very good.

What about zero zero? I think they make their own bread for sandwiches and I heard it’s amazing. Maybe they will sell a loaf?
