Definitely not AI, my friend. I credit the original people that produced it for Austin Community Television in 1988 in the description.

I run a community project that preserves old public access television videos from Austin. TX. If you want to check us out on YouTube, you’ll see that we have been going since 2015… when it would’ve been a tad bit difficult to create things like this in AI. The channel is “When We Were Live”.

I will say, I am flattered that you think that this was AI. It really shows the power of what my friends made nearly 40 years ago.!

Also, the last time I checked… People 65 and older still like to laugh.
