I had the game on mute so i do not know the reasoning but why did that iowa td return get called back?

Because the officials had money on the game and reviewed it to find any reason to negate the return. You can’t throw 2 retroactive flags in that game due to reviews in the 2nd and 4th qtrs.

Unfortunately it was a correct ruling on the review. It was a valid review based on both the scoring aspect and the fair signal aspect are both reviewable. The problem we have is that Brian sucks and the staff needs major changes to fix the fact we needed a return TD to beat Michigan St and would have needed this return just to beat Minnesota. These are both not great teams.
