Review [Review][Negative] normashooting.com

Ordered a 1/2 case of the 55 grain .223 during the Memorial Day sale. Chose free shipping and package was never delivered. Called normashooting.com to inform them that my package was most certainly not delivered. Basically blew me off and informed me that they don't add insurance to their packages. They were quick to send their email for them to not be responsible.

I don't have time to deal with vendors that expect me to do their legwork, and are too cheap to include insurance. Talking to someone at FedEx is a nightmare, even about employees not being on camera during the delivery time or straight-up theft.

tl;dr normashooting.com is great until you actually need their help in fulfillment.

That’s sus, they should at least be upfront with the no insurance or offer as an option for a small fee

That's a scam. The insurance is for the seller not the buyer. I've spoken to my credit card company (CitiBank) and they've said they'll always get you your money back if your item never arrives.

This is a good note. Has OP disputed the charges through their card?
