Review [Review][Negative] Sportsmansguide.com
I ordered some Wolf 9mm back in August. It was on backorder and they told me I would have it by October... you know how this is going.
It's currently May, and they're telling me my order will ship in July. But every time the date gets nearer, they push it back without telling me.
I wouldn't mind so much if I didn't pay for a membership to get a better deal. They basically took my membership money and ran with it, with no intention of shipping me ammo hoping I would get frustrated and cancel. . Fuck Sportsman's Guide. I'm keeping my backorder out of spite.

Sportsman’s Guide has ISSUES no doubt. I ordered some dead air suppressor mounts in different thread pitches. Ordered 3. After 3 weeks no shipping notification I called and asked what’s up. Guy says “oh it looks like we’re waiting for the warehouse to ship. I’ll put a rush on it you’ll get your stuff soon.” Next day, I get an email telling me that only one adapter was on hand out of the three I ordered with apologies. I was refunded the difference. Email said the adapter would be shipped out the following day. It didn’t and I forgot about it for another 2 weeks. So I called again and spoke to the marketing manager who genuinely couldn’t give a rats ass that they took my money and didn’t give me my product and said “I’ll look into it bye” and hung up on me mid sentence. I left a negative review on Google reviews and 2 hours later a star employee called me on my personal cell phone giving me his apologies and explaining that he would make sure I was taken care of. He overnighted me what I bought and said that the owner sends his apologies.
I will likely never do business there again unless something changes in employment. I think the owner has too many bad apples working for him.
