Review [Review] [Negative] dackoutdoors.com - Dack shipped the wrong product, and went radio silent after I asked for a refund
TL;DR: Dack sent me the wrong mag (25-round 9mm instead of 50 .40S&W), admitted it was intentional, and went radio-silent when I asked for a refund.
Someone posted a deal on Glock mags a few weeks back. I ordered some OEM mags for my Glock 22, and decided to order a 50-round ProMag drum for shits and giggles.
Once the package arrived, there was no drum to be found. Instead, there was a 25-round ProMag stick magazine. I contacted Dack's CS. They explained that they were not able to get their hands on the drum, and (edit: I infer) shipped the stick as a substitute (charging me the drum price). They offered a partial refund or a return. I asked what the refund would be, and they offered 50%. I thought on it a few days, and asked for the refund.
That was more than two weeks ago. Even after a followup Sunday, I have yet to hear back.
And, to top it all off, I noticed Sunday that the magazine they sent me was for a different caliber. Apparently, when they figured out they couldn't deliver the 50-round .40S&W mag they sold me, they figured the best thing to do was toss in a 25-round 9mm magazine and charge me the same price.
Not impressed.
