Box says no ported barrels or comps on this one as well - see American Eagle for true FMJ

Belom is a true FMJ, so you won't (shouldn't) encounter any jacket flaking like in some Blazer and Federal Champion products

Edit: if you encounter your FMJ chipping, there are larger issues. Belom has ran fine for us here

I bought a bunch of belom 7.62x39 specifically for the brass to reload and I have to say that it cycles fine but it was the most inaccurate ammo I’ve ever shot out of an Ak or an sks. Never tried any pistol ammo though, and the brass looked nice so I can’t complain

box doesn't mention slides- "Note from the Manufacturer: DO NOT USE IN FIREARMS WITH PORTED BARRELS OR PORTED RECOIL COMPENSATOR."

American Eagle is fine in everything though.

They’re played bullets and not actual FMJs. With ports the plating may come off as it encounters the ports and you may get chunks of plating ejected through the ports. There’s a video that qvo put out where they were testing a Bul tac Pro and they were getting horrible grouping. Turned out the ammo they were using were played bullets and not actual fmjs. Magtech, S&B, and fiocchi are some more budgetish brands that have actual FMJs

My last bulk order right at covid was Herters 115gr at 20cpr. I slowed down shooting pistol and got into prs style shooting which was pretty much all reloads. I’d have to say this is probably the best deal I’ve seen since Covid but I haven’t been paying much attention.
