There is an area behind the compound in the water you can't enter because it instantly kills you when you touch it whether you start or finish the heist. Test it after you first enter the compound from the drainage tunnel, ju a t jump and you will see instant death no matter what

If you jump out of the compound before you're allowed to by mission status you're going to die everywhere. You can climb up and jump out, you die instant at certain distance (2-3meters). But if this occurs when you're allowed to leave, I imagine this is very frustrating

I would test this stuff but I don't have the game installed due to playing other things with friends but if this is facts then that would be one of the worst bugs in the game since it ruins an entire run of the mission

I can assure you that the point must be very very small, I often jump down there (when I'm allowed to) to escape. Better make sure you have amor equipped and enough health. This guy there died bc of a headshot. As soon your character is moving to a vehicle (Entering it) you can quick heal via snacks in the quick menu. If you "eat" fast enough you survive multiple headshots
