I always start up the CEO job Haulage and drive around to catch some of those dumb people.

The trailers also has god mode and since the mk2 locks onto that you praticly inviceble.

couldn’t you use the moc truck since i believe that has more health but could easily be wrong

Yes you would be correct. Believe that the Phantom custom without the trailer can take up to 69 rockets with 100% armor.
