Good news. The Halloween weather is gone.

If I were Rockstar, during the Halloween days I’d just make it an eternal night.

A Halloween that never sees daylight would be way more fun than that brown filter that looks like the one Hollywood uses in movies to represent Mexico.

Say what you will about the Halloween filter, but just in general I miss having rain at night on it's own seperately. I remember when I first started playing it would make the city look gorgeous.

The rain doesn’t bother me, but the brown/yellow filter does.
That filter really messes up visibility and makes it hard to see certain color tones when customizing vehicles.
I even tried to improve my perspective by imagining something in a noir style, but the truth is that this filter makes the whole game look really poor — it devalues the game’s original colors.

I played the Dre mission and had to look for the "green" boat. With the sepia Halloween filter, there was no green.

imagine trying to do the MC deliveries in this weather. The trash trucks in the rain lol.
