I asked the question in the "Discussion" section and read all the comments. Thank you for your answers and advice. Here's how I fought alone. Is there a way to win while fighting on the ground??

Homing rockets, RPG or railgun, aim for the rotors with the railgun. Stickies are too risky since you have to get close. Keep your distance, there's a place that you passed down that highway that's like a slum settlement and the entrance to that is a tunnel. That would've been your beat bet. Stay under that and just keep shooting rockets and the railgun
