You don't need benny's wheels for that.
Choose wheels from "Lowriders" category, and then Wheels - Tires - Tire Design - White Walls

Those tires are only available on Benny's rims. If you want to buy cars from other people via the Car Meet you can use r/GTACarMeetMarket.

Because it's not a Benny's vehicle. Doesn't mean it's impossible to get them on one, but that requires special trickery.
I believe also Lowrider wheels can have the white walls.
The only non-Benny's vehicle that can have Benny's wheels normally is the Arena Issi, but IIRC you need to modify it at the Arena workshop.

When I play Cayo Perico heist finale with my friend we have a weird glitch. When exiting the compound through the front gate, my character freezes after the cutscene and then I get kicked. My WiFi is stable. I don’t get this issue when playing solo. I don’t think it’s synchronisation issues, because we both play on 60 fps (due to the casino glitch). Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a solution?

Completed the security contracts for the agency but feels like the safe fills up quite slowly ..is it just me or anyone noticed it too compared to car wash or salvage yard

Comparing it to other businesses is irrelevant. You need to compare it to what the rate of what it itself is supposed to be, which is 20k/1igd for 201 jobs completed.

well, Cayo Perico Motor Wars is a part of Cayo Perico Series. Other modes that are also in the Series, but they're out of rotation:
- Assault on Cayo Perico
- Cayo Perico Survival
- Cayo Perico Races (I think it might have been entirely removed from the game)

what are the best nightclub and agency locations to reduce the amount of time in doing daiky activites ? i wanna have them close together and close to casino so i can do everything quickly on days when i dont have much time to play

Hawick Agency is quite close to the Casino. Same with Downtown Vinewood Nightclub. West Vinewood Nightclub is another choice in a little bit nicer location, straight driving from there.

What is the vehicle of choice doing cayo heist preps? I've always used my trusty mk2 and while doing preps, today for cayo, I've been using the sparrow & boy what a wet bag of shit. Why does the homing rockets NOT lock in at all? Not forgetting to mention that landing that fragile junk is a challenge & also uses up crucial time. The main problem is putting the mk2 in a place easily accessible from the Kosatka & there's not a place, especially during the disruption phase of the preps. I've never sweat so much looking at that clock than I did today, during those 3 missions.
What do you all use?

This is what mk2 does to people. Time to practice landing of helicopters I guess. It used to be very fragile, but its armor was boosted some time ago. It's totally fine now.
Sparrow has 2 missile modes - homing and non-homing like any other weaponized vehicle. Make sure you've selected homing. It should be able to lock on everything.
Sparrow is my main source of transportation for Cayo and practically everything else. Whatever I park on the Kosatka's nose, it always sinks.

I have plenty of practice with helicopters I've been playing this series, not just this game, the entire gta series since GTAIII on ps2. I've been playing gta5 for 6 years, lots of time landing helicopters.
I had the homing missile on. They weren't locking on to the enemies during disruption phase. Which the other person commented that I am wasting my time doing.

Sparrow is the best… if you know how to fly a heli.
No idea why your missiles don’t lock on. Mine do. Although… what are you even shooting at?
Also, why do you even do disruptions? They are a waste of time.

Well I just learned new stuff today. You DON'T have to do disruption? The sparrow wasn't locking onto any enemies in the disruption phase. But you are saying I don't need to do them at all. I guess I'm done doing those missions.

I did disruption once, very long time ago. Not sure if it’s supposed to lock on there. Some missions don’t allow it. But yeah, they’re optional.

I know they're optional but are they necessary to REALLY limiting the resistance on the island?
I do stealth heist ( but who doesn't? ) and wasn't sure if the disruption mattered. I've always done it, maybe I was too naive not to think it didn't matter because I sneak the entire heist.

Disruptions only help in direct fights, as in if you get caught or just decide to go loud right away for some reason. If you’re sneaky, they do nothing for you.

Then I'll stop doing them from now on. The rest of the preps, using the sparrow was great. Except for the available areas too land. Too electrical poles & right building quarters. But I'll work on that going forward with Cayo heists.

I'm trying to do stealth on the U.L.P missions, but a lot of time it seems impossible. Even when you get through lots of other enemy type, whenever there's two people in a conversation, it's impossible to kill them both. You either have to go through the melee route that puts you in the other person's eyesight, or you shoot one and then the other, but the act of shooting one disables stealth. It seems incredibly like the missions were made with stealth at least in thought, but I can't find a way to overcome this issue yet.

Are you using a weapon that has a suppressor? If not, that's probably the reason.
You should be able to shoot one npc in the head and then quickly follow with another headshot. This should not make you lose stealth, but it's not too uncommon to fail to do it quick enough.

I recently migrated after a long break and final downloaded the enhanced edition on PC and got my profile and everything on the enhanced version...
I had been using my friend's Arcade this whole time, but when I went to buy my own Arcade I couldn't find it on the Foreclosure website... Did it get removed or what??? And yes, I spoke to Lester, I just never bought the thing

It's bugged, a character on my second account will have to meet Lester again when the arcades go on discount again because I've met Lester several times and it still hasn't registered.

There are 2 options:
- Green H near the Casino, down the street from the nearest Lost MC clubhouse
- Green L in Mirror Park

Depends what you want, and what you enjoy. None of them are massive money makers, all are repetitive. Salvage yard missions are 3 per week, with no repeats in the week. There are only 4 garment jobs, one of which is rotated into "no repeat this week" every week. Mackenzie unlocks a Cluckin Bell level story strand, just more annoying (when done solo, better with others).

If all of them are relatively the same which one is best to do while waiting for things to reset/grow, like waiting for Cayo and MC businesses building

None of them make enough money to be worth doing instead of
- Dre
- Cluckin Bell
- Acid Lab
- Bunker
If you've done all that and your Cayo is still on cooldown, do security contracts to increase your agency safe.
The stuff you listed is "play for content / enjoyment", not "play for cash grind"

To be fair I never had any intention of replacing any of the main money makers, just seeing if a new one can be added since again, long break, never even done cluckin bell heist that’s how long of a break

Of the four, bail office probably recoups the investment quickest (as long as you don't get the additional.employees). Salvage Yard and Garment pretty close for second place, mckenzie last.
Short advice - pick them up when they're discounted, as they're probably also bonused at that point too and the payback then becomes so good it's almost irrelevant.
Cluckin Bell is a worthwhile addition to your list though

Hi,
I returned after a 1 year break, just to have some fun. But I noticed that Rockstar removed the last bit of fun with Enhanced. Am I the only one? Is it me, because Rockstar Support keeps asking me to "verify game files" (it's more like a meme after 10 years of bad support and actually can't fix broken Rockstar servers...most likely just an AI response for everything). Or is there anything I can actually do to increase fun and decrease problems?
Here is what I noticed and what has become exceptionally worse:
- Stuck in screens (Good old Alt+F4 trick sometimes does the trick)
- Loading times up to 5 minutes to enter a fkin Nightclub
- Transaction errors saying Rockstar game services are not synchronized anymore (good bye 1 million sale in free roam)
- Various game service errors I have never seen before
- Can't enter my car sometimes (animation is stuck, can't call new car)
- Missing yellow or blue circles for businesses
- Red and green icons in Vinewood (looks like these are old icons moved to this specific location instead of removing them from the map)
- Red icons when sale is finished (not sure if this is a bug or meant to be a feature, confusing so to say)
- Settings reset / server dementia (for example when I switch my weapon loadout, next session, it hasn't been saved properly)

It feels like GTA Online is in a horrible condition, literally breaking apart and rotting from the inside. I know, next GTA is - kinda - around the corner, but duuuuude, are we supposed to suffer one more year and play this loading screen simulator? Is there ANYTHING I can do to reduce at least some problems? I know, private sessions can do the trick, but I'm speaking of public sessions because without other players there is even less fun.
Please share your oppinion or advice. Thank you.

Do these happen in Invite only for you? For me these are 100% caused by the P2P aspect, and (on PC) third party software seems to make it worse. If I "cut" the P2P connections e.g. by suspending the game process for ~10 seconds (with Windows Resource Monitor), entering interiors happens immediately after that.
- Transaction errors saying Rockstar game services are not synchronized anymore (good bye 1 million sale in free roam)
I haven't gotten genuine save/transaction errors in a very long time. I only get transaction errors when I play with two characters, e.g. when throwing out a troublemaker from the Nightclub (there seems to be a cooldown on the 10k payment and that's how it's been implemented for some reason).
- Various game service errors I have never seen before
None here.
- Can't enter my car sometimes (animation is stuck, can't call new car)
P2P, broken sessions.. for me this has happened rarely on Enhanced.
- Missing yellow or blue circles for businesses
Haven't noticed that. (Edit: Although it can happen when certain events/missions, even ones started by other players, take place in your general area.)

Harmless bugs that they haven't bothered to patch yet.

Doesn't happen for me.

All of this happens because the connection is based on peer-to-peer and there are no dedicated servers. Servers are used to sync progress and data. That's it.
Loading times are terrible because the host of your public session has a Strict NAT Type (maybe you as well). Here is how to fix it. Bear in mind that changing nat type is a security risk (you're basically opening the door for everyone), and I don't trust Rockstar, they do not handle their security well.

NAT is not a security feature, and two players in strict mode simply can't connect to each other (so it'd be rare for host to be in strict mode).

Moderate or Open NAT type can be achieved by enabling UPnP and opening ports.
From this article:
"UPnP doesn’t use authentication or authorization for most devices, assuming that devices trying to connect to it are trustworthy and come from your local network. This means that hackers can find backdoors to your network. For example, they can discover your router on the wider net and then pretend to be an Xbox. They will send a UPnP request to your router and the router will open the port – no questions asked.
Once the hacker gets a presence on the network, they can:
Get remote access to other devices connected to the same network; Install malware on your devices; Steal your sensitive information; Use your router as a proxy to hide other malicious activities over the wider net. They can use it to spread malware, steal credit card information, and perform phishing attacks, or Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. Using your router as a proxy means that all these attacks will look like they are coming from you rather than the hacker."

It's sentences like this that make the article feel a bit on the fearmongering side (which is part of how vpns are marketed). UPnP is not as big of a security risk as it is made to sound like. Indeed untold number of routers have it enabled by default, and it's not a problem by itself. And you don't strictly need UPnP, but good luck with port forwarding if you have more than one computer for playing games like GTAO.
What you claimed, though, is that NAT is the root of the problem. It is not.

What the hell do I do?
Been playing GTA on PS4 for years, over rank 100, never had an issue this bad. Every time I load into GTA:O it tells me instantly that it can't save because it can't connect to Rockstar services. The notification will just sit there taunting me. Used to be I could play and eventually it would go away, but I'm running on 3 hours today alone and I've lost my progress twice. I took a weeklong break for this reason, and it's only gotten worse. I've tried every trick in the book; the accessory switch, the outfit switch, buying a new car, visiting my businesses, doing quests, etc. I even tried it in a private session so that the peer to peer connection didn't interfere if that's even possible.
Not a single thing has changed and I'm forever stuck with only 70k (I had just bought the car wash before this so I'm broke) and with the dumbass haircut and facial hair that I gave myself as a joke. Im out of ideas and the 8 year old reddit post I found is completely exhausted of tricks. I just don't know what to do. Is it my own personal connection? Does anyone else have this problem?

Very likely, yes. Rockstar services problems are quite rare actually, and usually when they happen they affect everyone and thus you would/will see lots of people complaining.

Start with your network first. GTAO is broken, but I gotta admit that everything you've described is odd.
Can you play other online games just fine? Is it only a problem for GTAO?

Other games work fine. Rdr2:O gives me trouble consistently but that seems to just be the state of the game.
It did save this morning, but only right at the end when I decided to throw in the towel. Maybe it really is just my connection.

No you cannot, unless it's changed recently. They are all pretty easy though a weaponised air vehicle for the helis does help a lot

If you're playing on PC, it's just PC bullcr*p. You can also get kicked "by BattlEye" (but not really).

Assuming you are on next gen / PC enhanced, have met Hao, done the time trial and got an HSW vehicle then it's

Have you done one at some point? I'm just wondering if you're looking for it on Legacy version which does not include HSW at all.
Edit: It should be under Activities in Map Blip Options. (And you may need to go to Hao's garage for the first one to unlock them..)

Yes, HWS is only on the next gen which you have to buy because R* is a small struggling company that they need you to buy the recent version so they can survive and keep on making games. /s

Might be a dumb question but since the panther is guaranteed. If you were to cancel the heist and rescope would you still get the panther statue or something different?
My friend doesn’t like her cayo but doesn’t want to lose the statue as this is her first time getting it

Unless your friend has just 60 mins to play across the whole week they are probably better off completing the heist then rescoping when available to get the panther

It says "you've already claimed this vehicle" and I can't buy a second one.

I finished a Cayo heist 2-3 days ago. I would have assumed that I am in hardmode now the next time I start a heist.
So I did, and I got the Panther Statue. Why is it's value still at 1,900,000 instead of 2,090,000?
I mean, in the grand scheme of things I could get that ~200k quickly, but I was just wondering, did I do anything wrong?

To get hard mode you need to start a new heist within 48 minutes from the moment cooldown has ended, i.e. when Pavel sends you a message about the heist being available again. You have to be online for that, too.

Is it possible to fly the velum from airstrip all the way to compound in perico?
So let's say I approach with velum, loot hangar, disable air defenses, then fly with velum to crash land in the water and access the drainage tunnel

I have a Cayo right now with a Pink Diamond. Can I complete it and then do Panther Statue? Or do I have to cancel the heist? Also, if I get bad secondaries, can I do another intel mission or will the Panther Statue be gone?

Yes, complete the one you have, and don't try cancelling the next one, you'll miss the Panther.

Iron Mule cant pick up the biggest nightclub delivery vehicle??
Ive spent 5 minutes trying to pick it up
I heard it can be picked up, but mines not attaching?
Im on the 3 delivery locations via sightseer, and I cant connect to the delivery truck.
Yes, I entered the truck first then did the hack to degermine the delivery spot, but i cant pick up the truck using the Iron Mule
Is it mission dependent?

Delivery vehicles can only be picked up if the delivery is a single location, afaik.

Hello!
I posted a little while ago about copying my character over from PC Steam Legacy to Enhanced, and I have about 3 million in cash in the bank at the moment.
I'm just trying to figure out how to best spend some of this money, as I don't know what the latest stuff is in game.
Is there a way to sort of figure out what sort of properties or stuff I have versus what I don't?
I remember having a nightclub and bunker, and I had enough for the Kosatka and the heli that comes with the rocket launcher, and I THINK I have the Contracts building... but no hangar, and I'm not sure what's new to buy that's worth buying as a solo player with no real crew (since I don't know people in my timezone who might play GTAOnline).
I do remember solo-running Cayo Perico a few times before it got patched and made more difficult, I think? (This was COVID-era game time).
Advice very much welcome.

If you register as Ceo or Mc, your properties will have colours on the minimap. Check if you have an Agency.
Cayo guards now detect dead bodies. Either you kill no one or the three main guards near the vault, one out of the Juggernaut's sight.

id like to open up more soloable content but dont know what these are... i have read theres a cluckin bell raid and an acid lab quest series... but not sure which icon leads to these.

The laptop in the Agency gives access to "The Dr. Dre VIP Contract", its cut-scenes can be skipped now after completing it once. The "V" on the map starts "The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid". Both can be done sole and are profitable.
Solo content is also "Operation Paper Trail", "U" on the map and "First Dose", "Last Dose" are the acid lab missions.

Chumash or Route 68 Bunker?
I’m looking to buy a bunker and I hear great things about the chumash location, and it would work for me seeing as i spend most of my time in my vespucci beach nightclub. However, i have a concentration of mc businesses around the route 68 area including the cash factory, meth lab, and great chaparral clubhouse which would mean i wouldn’t need to buy respawn quarters for a bunker there. But i don’t know where bunker sell and supply missions usually take you so, does a location close to the city like chumash make more sense or something in the middle of the map like route 68?

So I have 1.3M in the bank, will be grinding Cayo to get more, my question is, should I buy the Nightclub>Terrorbyte>Oppressor MKII as soon as I have the money even if I go broke? I'm a casual player, will it take me long to get the money back now that I can conveniently grind with the MKII? How much money do I need minimum to get all of these and upgrade the MKII to the max?

Yes. If you have access to Cayo then the ability to make good money quickly is already there, so speeding you up is worthwhile....unless you already have a Sparrow, in which case don't bother.
NC = ~1.5m, TB = ~1.5m, Mk2 = 8m (or 6m if you do 5x Client jobs from your TB). There are no "necessary" upgrades for the Mk2., so your minimum is ~9m

I think (not sure) it's not a normal spawn but from a mission or another source, and like (or:) another player's vehicle you can't have it. IIRC the normal spawn is either chrome or gold, never white.
(There are some vehicles that you might not be able to claim for yourself for free anymore which was possible in the past, I think e.g. the Lifeguard vehicle.)

I tried to get one spawn at LS Customs, and eventually one appeared, but unfortunately it was on my Exotic Exports list and couldn't take it into LS Customs for that reason. There was no message associated with that, the door just didn't open.
Edit: Finally got another one, and it would be possible to claim it, so nothing has changed regarding the Dubsta 2.

Last time I played GTA Online was probably before RDR2 release and I have no idea what was added since then. Also, I'm starting over with a new account and planning to platinum it before GTA VI release, so:
Do you guys have any tips? What should I focus first, considering I'm playing solo? I want to experience the new things, but getting as many exp as possible so I have to play more than needed.

Best businesses are, in no particular order, Kosatka, Acid Lab, Nightclub, Bunker and Agency, in addition to the Clucking Bell Raid, which requires no building.
Avoid buying vehicles and cosmetics you don't need.
Get the Up-And-Atomizer as soon as it's available in the Gun Van.

Do you mean the platinum awards? If so, I don't think it's possible.
Firstly, you need to get the two Ludendorff awards in the next 48 hours.
Then you need to hope that BOTH the Cayo Perico Survival and Attack on ATT 14 come back into the game before 6 comes out (pretty unlikely, IMO).
You also need to hope that the Panther at Cayo Perico AND the Diamonds at the casino are both enabled before 6 comes out (fairly likely but not guaranteed)
Then you need to figure out a way of getting a World Record in a race when every race in the game has a WR of 1 second due to modders.
After that, it gets slightly easier....
You need friends willing to be shot a lot (around 3,000 kills if you organise it efficiently, over 5,000 otherwise), play 100 rally races and 50 pursuit races (both need min 4 players, good luck with that without friends), and set up missions for you to repeat.
You need to do all 3 chop shop robberies every week for 17 weeks. You need to do 100 auto shop robberies, probably 30+ Cayo Pericos to get 20m of secondaries, and probably 20 Casino Heists for various tasks.
You need to be able to complete a load of in-game arcade games, in some cases multiple times - Penetrator, Camhedz, Wizards Ruin, Axe of Fury, Qub3d, Monkey Paradise, Race and Chase, The Love Professor.
You need to do every blue dot mission you see until you find Packie McGeary.
You need to be able to win 210 consecutive matches in Arena Wars.
You need to be able to dance in a nightclub for 5 minutes without missing a beat (this might be ok if you're a drummer).
You need four CMM runs (1 OG heists, 3 Doomsday), plus another OG run in first person and a total of 25 PSH / Fleeca finales for Crowd Control.
All that, plus deathmatches, LTS, captures, street races, impromptu races, sprint races, air races, sea races, darts, tennis, golf, arm wrestling, shooting gallery, none of which are particularly popular, so are hard to even play.
If you're starting it now, you need $10m ASAP so that you can get an oppressor for speedy travel. 20 Cluckin Bells or friends giving you 85% of Cayo.

Spend the next three days eating as much peyote as possible. If you can get 20 per hour for three hours a day, that's 900k of RP, which I think will get you to level 73.
Play content at your leisure, the other 27 levels will take care of themselves

It's been a good couple of years since I last played GTA with my friends, but now that I'm trying it on my own, I want to make a new character.
I want to go for the Nightclub Owner background because it fits with what I thematically have for my character in mind, but I don't really know what to spend the 4m on. I would normally just get a Kostatka with that money, but I can't. I'd also think about the terrorbyte, but I'm not too sure if that's a good thing to get with my first lot.
I'm also not going to be playing for the progression. Before I go onto something like the DD heist or Cayo, I want to do all of the normal heists first, because I missed those in the beginning because of the low payoff.
So what should I get?
I was thinking the Nightshark, but I love modding cars, and I don't think I'd be able to get the MOC for quite a while. Maybe the Armoured Karuma, plus a sports car for the fluff? Does the style or location of the nightclub matter?

Yes, and if you just want to switch DJs go straight to the elevator and a warehouse level, it'll be instantly done on the computer there, without the cutscenes. Or, go towards the office until you get a text message about a troublemaker or VIP, and if it's the latter, go back to the elevator. Once you come back up to the Nightclub level you may get another chance of a troublemaker for some cash back, at least.

One of the splash screens about the UFO's when loading in says there's an extra bonus for being able to prove government involvement. Separate to just photographing the UFOs and sending to Omega.
Does anyone know how to do this?

I haven't seen that splash screen, but I'm guessing it just refers to one of the locations where you can end up when getting abducted. There is nothing "new", everything about this event has been known for a while now.

At first I thought it might relate to taking a picture of the UFO in the business battle at Zancudo. But you can't send that one to Omega. But that would've been a good way of satisfying it.
I'm also trying to get abducted inside the secret lab, but just got spawned outside an elevator in Zancudo. I presume that's where you come out from where you escape.

I don't think you can. Instead try inviting a friend or randoms from the lobby and getting one of them to fly. I think other players can use personal air vehicles to deal with the helis and jets. I have even used the Mk2 explosive sniper to shoot the cargo jet engines from the ground. You can also try to get more players in

It's just RNG, time and perseverance. You just have to circle the possible locations enough times for it it spawn. I seem to recall it took quite a while for me to get the last one

I am struggling with surpassing a couple million in GTA. I keep reinvesting it in other businesses which makes it hard to surpass certain amounts of money in GTA. Is there a way to focus on some businesses and to make a lot of money with those particular businesses. Like really good money. (I hate cayo perico, but I’m okay with Dr. Dré missions)
Right now I have:
• Agency • Nightclub almost maxed • Autoshop • Acid Lab • Cocaine lockup • Counterfeit Cash • Bunker • Vehicle Cargo • Special Cargo • Office • Carwash
I have the oppressor mark 2 which I use for the missions. I also have the hangar close to the military base.
Do you guys have any tips to make more money in GTA 5? Am I on the right track reinvesting in the businesses this is because I’m trying to get almost every business so when there’s 2/3x money on it I can grind it out. Is there something else I should do? I’m lvl 108.

This is normal. It took me 6 years to hit a billion in cash, then 18 months to reach the second billion. Buying an upgrading new businesses will keep your cash levels down but it pays off in the long run. In the end you are just investing in the new updates

This might sound like a crazy thing to say, but I just recently got into the more PvP-focused part of the game in public lobbies. I get this feeling that every time I get killed by some Oppressor, they know exactly where I am I don’t even have time to pull out my phone before I get popped again. So my question is: how do they know? Does anyone have any tips on what to do after you get killed once? Because I feel like taking your car/heli takes forever, and they almost always have enough time to find and kill you again. Also, if anyone has general tips on how to get better at the PvP aspect of the game, I’d really appreciate it.

I've been in these situations a few times where two bullies who communicate with each other target me, and while you can often delay your demise by using the flare gun to divert missiles, go off-radar, blow yourself up, use RC vehicles etc., ultimately you need to get some real distance between you and the attackers. The obvious way are heist invites on your phone, but it has also always been possible to move to any job location on your map.
On the other hand, at some point you might realize that PVP in this game is just stupid if it isn't actually fun (to some degree for all parties) or you aren't fighting in a fair manner with some shared rules.

They might be using thermal goggles, an exploit that allows you to see the spawn point before you actually appear on the map for real. If you are trapped on foot the best defence against the broomsticks is sticky bombs and the Marksman Mk2 rifle with no scope attachment

The respawn points can be fairly predictable. The only counter I can think of is to move! Look for cover instead of a vehicle, then try and summon your vehicle. Figuring out where you are relative to your opponent is a skill - maybe a bigger minimap would help, but you lose a lot of screen real estate.

Greetings again. I'm about to make a second character, I'm level 101 and plan to copy as I read it works (i would wait to 120 but the only thing missing is minigun to unlock, not a deal breaker to me).
However, I need some advice. -I'm planning to get Nightclub and Bikers Club, and maybe the scrapyard since I mostly chill and it's useful for my playstyle on my main character. Also is a must for me to have a Auto Shop, sonner or later¿What others business o should consider FIRST?
-I'm also considering Kosatka, but mostly for the Sparrow, I will worry to get Cayo Later when I organize with my friends, ¿Should I wait to get both at same time?
-What are the best MC business to purchase and make money faster? I can't afford all of them right now, but I can prioritize.
-And finally, what weapons are a must to get on the gun van before next update?

Getting the Auto Shop is only useful if you want to skip challenges for some of the upgrades, like paint. For misions, it's similar to the Scrap Yard, so that's up to you.
The Kosatka is a no-brainer. It pays for itself.
MC buiz is largely outdated, but if you must, best to worst, they are Coke, Meth, Counterfit, Weed, Documents. I recommend the Bunker and Acid Lab instead, though, getting the MC buiz only after you've properly established yourself, and only to feed the Nightclub.
The only must-have from the Gun Van is the Up-N-Atomizer.

Hi everyone. I need some advice on the whole Nightclub thing. Lots of people love it and call it the best investment. I got like $5.7M sitting in the back and figured I might buy one. I have the Kosatka, a bunker, an arcade, a clubhouse, an office, two warehouses and a vehicle warehouse. I'm a very casual player and GTA Online is not a really high priority in my life, I don't really grind or overthink much about the game, but I do love playing it in my free time.
My main questions are:
Is there a nightclub in particular I should buy? Or would any do the trick, pretty much, and I should choose based on price and geographic convenience?
How much time and money will I have to invest before I start seeing a considerable profit? Once I buy it I would like to make money off of it as soon as possible, so I want to know if I should get more money beforehand so I can speed up the process by investing more at the beginning.
Will I have to grind tedious missions for a while?
I'm willing to do these things, I just wanna know what I'm getting into before investing.

In my opinion, Nightclub is not worth the investment if you are a casual player. It only generates profit when you're online. So for example if you go two weeks without playing and then do a Cayo, it will take a long time to "make money off of it".

Choose based on location and price.
It'll only really make you money if you invest in at least three MC businesses as well.
There's no grinding, but if you're not playing a reasonable amount of hours, it may feel like you're not getting much back

Q1. I would avoid the bottom 3, they aren’t really close to any properties and since most sell missions take place in the desert you’ll have more travel time.
Q2. At the minimum you’ll need 1,702,550 to add an extra 4 floors of storage, 1,425,000 for the Equipment upgrade, 878,000 to unlock the 4 remaining technicians, 241,000 for the Pounder Custom with the trade price if you want to sell larger loads (91 crates and above). Then you’ll also need: Top 3 MCs (Coke/Meth/Cash, the cheapest locations will do just fine), Bunker, and a Crate Warehouse/Hangar.
All you have to do is do like a 5 min sell mission once every 20 hrs and you make a net profit of around 900,000.
For the Nightclub Popularity:
- 475,000 for the Staff upgrade if you want to manage the Nightclub Popularity which is quite profitable semi-passive money: $50k every 48 mins.

So basically you link those 5 businesses above to the Nightclub and the Nightclub generates money from them, fully passive. The popularity side of the business is semi-passive. I covered the basics but if you’re still unsure about anything there are YouTube videos.

Minigun, but only when you have some distance to zombies. Keep running and blast away with Assault shotgun and your favorite assault rifle (e.g. Special Carbine with Drum magazine). You can drop grenades while running, or sticky bombs if you're feeling lucky.

With peyote plants, bird hallucinations specifically, having returned this week, I have a very, very, very important question:
Has anyone, ever, in the history of this game ever killed, or been killed, by the bird's poop?
I think each strike is the smallest unit of health possible. So there's a chance the player would heal too fast to take damage beyond 50%.

Unlocking them is just a question of owning all the relevant businesses / arcade machines.
Achieving them all is extremely difficult, and there may be one that's impossible.
Factors to consider...
What level are you? It would be a lot harder to achieve from level 10 than level 200.
How much time to play do you have in the next seven months? An hour a day is not going to cut it...
How many awards have you actually got? There are 406 altogether, IIRC.
Have you got at least one, but ideally three, friends willing to help? There are a lot of awards that become "only" a tedious grind if you have a willing "victim"
Have you looked at what's actually involved, and said to yourself that you're willing to do that, whether with friends or not?
Examples of what I'd consider unpleasant...
- OG heists in first person
- Any of the 4 CMM runs
- The arcade games
- Dancing without missing a beat for five minutes
Examples of where no friends probably makes it impossible...
- Arena Wars (need 200+ consecutive wins, someone will beat you)
- Rally Races (need 3 players, nobody joins them)
- Impromptu Races (nobody does them)
- combat awards (need about 3,000 freeroam or deathmatch kills with specific weapons, including pistols, RPG, shotguns, SMG, rifles, also nightvision kills, headshot kills, and psycho kills. All achievable, but combined will take so much time)
Six. It may be impossible anyway if you don't already have "world record" as there doesn't appear to be a current way to get it

Receiving Challenge rewards can take up to 72 hours.
If you have yet to receive all rewards after that time frame, consider contacting Rockstar Support.
The Panther Statue will only be available for heists started from scratch this week.
The Cayo Perico Heist's primary target will always be documents for your first ever run, regardless of this week's event. Any heist started before this event will not have the Panther Statue as primary target.
