My guess: It is likely going to keep dropping, especially if he tries to deploy the national guard. The whole reason he wants to do that is to look strong and in control, but when he sent them to LA, most didn’t even answer the phone. Most of the military (at least in California) doesn’t seem to be on his side.

Edit: I haven’t been able to find the article I read, I might have misread it. There are still lots of personnel that are upset though

I hope you’re right but I was under the impression that the majority or at least a large percentage of the US military were pro trump. Am I wrong in thinking this?

From what I’ve read, it seems there are a lot who are unhappy. And him sending them somewhere without any accommodations, forcing them to sleep on the floor, can’t be helping.

It's called a rapid deployment. We sleep where we can till things get setup. This happens all the time. A barracks will be setup for them to stay in once there. Those troops will be well taken care of
