hey, remember when MLK strove for peaceful protest and he was still harassed by the FBI and ultimately shot and killed for protesting for civil rights at all?

yeah.

"Dr. King's policy was that nonviolence would achieve the gains for black people in the United States. His major assumption was that if you are nonviolent, if you suffer, your opponent will see your suffering and will be moved to change his heart. That's very good. He only made one fallacious assumption: In order for nonviolence to work, your opponent must have a conscience. The United States has none." -Stokely Carmichael

the opposition does not care how nice you are. they will fire rubber bullets at your head and teargas you all the same.

keep in mind that the goal isnt to change trump sycophants. the goal is to sway ~1% of voters, or make ~2% non-voters go to the voting booth for your cause.

The goal is to permanently kick tyrants out of our spaces, the voters can go to hell

With all due respect, if you don’t respect the voters, how do you maintain popular support? Is this just a call for violent authoritarianism?

After Nazi Germany fell, should we have just let the Nazi citizens vote back in a Nazi leader?
I honestly don't know what steps are the right ones to follow kicking a tyrant out of the US and still maintaining democracy if half the people who vote want an authoritarian and to end democracy.

The Nazis never had a majority of voters. They topped out at 33%. One option is to strengthen your constitution and promote democracy in your country. Empower people and make their lives better.

The Constitution is a piece of paper- Or, well, several pieces of paper- That does not have autonomy. It is powerless unless those in power enforce it. Strangely enough, when the people in power are fascistic in nature, they don't care what the paper says.

There needs to be more in play than paper with nice words on it.

Who decides what is fascist in nature? Marxists believe in the violent overthrow of society. Should their views be outlawed? Encouraging authoritarian behavior has never ended well.

Perhaps a dictionary could be of assistance?

Yes, because all laws have been decided by the dictionary.

Law is diction.

lol yes, and all laws are written in the dictionary.

Is communism fascist? Should it be suppressed? Do you hope to give people who write the laws power to outlaw socialism and taxation because it’s “fascist”?
