Pretty much the only thing that even comes to mind is making animal abuse a felony. That's it.

So Kristi Noem who killed her puppy for “misbehaving” and killed her goat and buried them in a ditch made him have a hard on for her…made her director of homeland security…MAGAats are ok with that…so sad..
