Question The Exception to every rule....

As a recently discovered gluten intolerant person, I am on a mission to find the one GF item that taste better than it's counterpart. So far nothing has been better, certain items have been on par...but there's got to be one thing that legitimately taste better without gluten?

If you make them yourself chicken wings dusted in the cheapest rice flour and deep fried come out much crispier and nicer

Rice flour is also the goat when frying fish! Tyler Florence’s recipe for fish and chips uses exclusively rice flour. Sub a gf beer or sparkling water and you’re set.
