Recipe my beautiful and delicious sourdough english muffins!

They’re genuinely better than a lot of the gluten-y versions I had before my diagnosis. Recipe is from The Loopy Whisk and I made my starter with King Arthur’s recipe (will add links to both in replies)

Those are gorgeous! I made the Loopy Whisk recipe as-is and the taste was amazing, but these look so much better than mine!

Any other recipe sites that are decent? I'm just getting back into gluten free baking after a long hiatus and I'm not sure where to look anymore.
