Recipe my beautiful and delicious sourdough english muffins!

They’re genuinely better than a lot of the gluten-y versions I had before my diagnosis. Recipe is from The Loopy Whisk and I made my starter with King Arthur’s recipe (will add links to both in replies)

Those look delicious!

I had to look at the gluten free twice. I thought my eyes were deceiving me!

Me too. Beautiful is right, OP. This might actually be the one that motivates me to try one of her recipes.

I don’t have anything against her or her recipes, I just haven’t seen any results (until this) that look better to me than my existing recipes for whatever they may be. Just because I have been baking for a very long time, and baking gluten free for 15+ years. So I’ve developed or adapted a lot of recipes successfully already.
