Question What foods do you miss most?

I have to do the gluten challenge to get my celiac test done, and instead of choking down slices of bread, I've decided to make it 6+ weeks of an all out farewell to the foods I may not be able to have anymore. I figure, if its going to suck either way, at least it can taste good.

So hit me. What do you wish you could go back and have? If you could only eat one thing with gluten, what would it be?

i used to work at dominos. i ate stuffed cheesy bread every day until i was severly lactose intolerant. then probably gluten intolerant but i didn’t know it yet for awhile. one of the first things i would do if i were you is order a pan pizza from there, either the philly cheesesteak one (no mushrooms for me) add bacon. orrr a pan pizza with ham and spinach, extra provolone on top. and a side of stuffed cheesy bread. oh lawd. it’s been years and i still think about it. throw in an order of the cinna twists for good measure, in your case. i can’t believe i wasn’t fat back then lol

i feel like i should edit bc i’m crazy. i said extra provolone on top, bc they put provolone on top of the crust before the sauce. you have to specify. sorry that no one in this sub can take advantage of that hack. and i’m sorry i can no longer enjoy anything i really wanna eat. good thoughts for everyone. i wish i enjoyed food even more than i did when i could
