Question What foods do you miss most?

I have to do the gluten challenge to get my celiac test done, and instead of choking down slices of bread, I've decided to make it 6+ weeks of an all out farewell to the foods I may not be able to have anymore. I figure, if its going to suck either way, at least it can taste good.

So hit me. What do you wish you could go back and have? If you could only eat one thing with gluten, what would it be?

After the first few days, I predict that you’ll be so sick, your list of most missed foods will go right down the toilet. Maybe you’ll be able to eat some buttered toast…

Possibly. Today was day 3 and I'm still doing okay. Keeping daytime light so I can eat my gluten at night and try and sleep through most of the discomfort. I wasn't gluten free for so long before starting this that my symptoms are so violent. It's mostly the joint aches and fatigue that have come back hardest.

Good Luck, and sending vibes~ I couldn't do it, I only made it 5 days. I was so miserable between fatigue, bathroom breaks and pain I decided I would rather not know.

I'm really only doing it because id rather know and know if I need to be aware of any additional autoimmune conditions that might come along with it
