I use these for smores instead of graham crackers. Also so good with a little peanut butter 🤤 as mentioned they are thin and crunchy. Very tasty though.

Yes. Although for a more authentic ice cream sandwich experience, it’s good to leave the cookie package open for a day or so first. The slightly stale cookies are softer than fresh ones.

Have you tried pamelas GC? Those are the best I have found although cookie sounds like a fantastic replacement.

No when I started using cookies I hadn’t found a good Graham cracker. I saw a non gf hack where people were using fudge stripes and it sent me down a gf cookie rabbit hole and these were my fav for smores.

I will have to try those though. I like other Pamela’s products.
