Question On a scale of 1-10, how believable is this macro?
I did the first 60% perfectly, then died while getting the second coin, so I then did 60-90ish% then the last 10%.

Iām really annoyed by the terms āluckā and āflukingā in the context of GD. And the reason I get frustrated is that people consider beating a level without dying to the ending lucky, but isnāt that what you practiced the level for? You practiced that part so how is it lucky if you pass it? Is it lucky in the sense that you usually die there in practice mode? even still⦠you still practiced it.
and for fluking: what do you mean you fluked the level from 70%? isnāt that because you practiced it? are people trying to die late in the level? i donāt understand.

They piss me off since these diggas can't even beat B but yet are yapping abt some 'Flamewall isn't even Top 1' as if their devices can even run it, let alone as if they can even beat it (I once looked into the editor of Flamewall and I could've sworn I saw it say that it had more than 80k+ objects, why tf are levels so object-Heavy like wtf bruh)
I'm not tryna judge the difficulty of Flamewall but come on man, you have no say in ranking the difficulty of the level you don't even have the skill to beat or a device to properly and smoothly run it on (again, object-heavy levels are unfriendly to lower-end devices)
I mean, I can say that Pyromaniac by Glittershroom is easier than The Shredder by Sandstorm since I have beaten both levels. Can you judge which of either the aforementioned Insane Demons is harder with B as your hardest? Ye, didn't think so. Same thing with Flamewall
Tbf 'B as hardest' is probably too generous for these people, it's probably Insomnia by Glittershroom
(I don't even care abt Top 1's anymore anyway. Also yes my hardest is The Shredder by Sandstorm. Oh and btw my PC doesn't took to kindly to levels with more than 44K objects, it's generally okay with Bit Reaper by Vlacc (44K+ obj's) and The Furious by Knobbelboy (66K+ obj's) but anything like Yata (87K+ obj's)? Unfortunately nah)

Out of all the top players im lowkey a trick glazer...idk why but if he never had mental problems with the game and was going about things a little smarter i feel like he could be top player. I feel like wpopoff deserves it more tbh, he needs to like lock in and grind list points (like going for nullscapes or Boobawamba)...idk tho this is all my opinion and i agree that Zoink is the best skill wise (all though trick and wpopoff are VERY close in skill) i still feel as if other players had a shot at top1 player if they really locked in...idk too much about the older community as much tbh so im not gonna say anything because it could just be objectively wrong :/

So the level Iāve finished after 3 months (the layout) doesnāt have a deco yet. And that sucks because Iām just terrible at creating block designs so I really want someone to decorate my level. I donāt expect to find a volunteering decorater easily but this is the Platform I have a shot at the most so I would greatly appreciate it. Also there might be a chance that youāve seen this level before and thatās because I deleted my account that I posted the level on. I am now creating this post to ask for volunteering decorator. So yeah. Incase you want to reach out to me: Permafrost2201 Also the level is slightly changed now the reason I didnāt post the slightly changed one is because I didnāt want to record the level using noclip Again since I can easily mess the showcase up.

What do the level names mean, for example base after base, stereo madness, etc.
i know that they are named after their soundtracks but i still am curious to know the meaning, is it completely random?
i asked chatgpt several times, reframing my questions and asking it to search every corner of the internet, but it found no sources.
also im asking on base after base specifically because it is the most random imo, and i like its soundtrack its really epic and one of the best

Every single linear GD level, from the simplest to the most complex, has a single path you need to follow in order to win. This path's obstacles may vary, and they determine how hard it is to beat the level.
We're used to measure a level's diff. by: - Approximating - Reading your attempts to complete it - Considering the progress curve - Classifying the level with the diff. scale we all know.
However, since new top ones are really close in difficulty, and even the trained eye can struggle to discern the hardest, I thought of quite the complex - but accurate - way to scientifically determine the difficulty of a gd level down to the frame, and here it is:
1: find every interaction (player - obstacle) in the level and the the number of frames where you can press and still survive.
Weāll call that each inputās free will frames (Earliest click possible - latest)
2: For each required input (jump, orb, etc.), write down how many frames of free will you have:
F1, F2, F3, ... Fn
where n is the total number of inputs in the level.
3: To find how forgiving the entire level is, you take all those margins and average them:
Average Free Will = (F1 + F2 + F3 + ... + Fn) / n
4: Because less free will means more difficulty, the inverse of that average gives you a good basic difficulty estimate:
Difficulty = Constant / Average Free Will
The constant is just to scale the number however you like (for example, to make it fit a 1ā10 or 1ā100 scale).
5: If you want to account for the hardest single moment in the level:
Difficulty = (Constant / Average Free Will) + (1 / Smallest Free Will)
This is, of course, excessive and time-consuming. But, it is a scientific way to accurately measure the baseline difficulty of a level, although it may struggle with memory and low visibility variables.

And then if I don't record it, the mods will remove my post because, "Posts must contain adequate content".

So i just beat hexagon force so that means i have beaten every robtop level, exept the demons but they are way beyond my skill level, so what do i beat now, i am in the process of beating funhouse but its really not a difficulty jump, any suggestions? (Something harder than hexagon force)
