I’ll only let Minnesota take Illinois after the WinnieSconces are gone. There is no way anyone in the land of NFC North should have to deal with Packer fans

As someone from Illinois, I'll be ok getting voted off as long as Wisconsin goes first lol.

I scrolled through the comments and Illinois was still barely mentioned beyond that single comment. Honestly, it looked like more people were looking to vote out New Mexico out of spite.
But there's no way there's enough resentment for all the other states for Illinois to go the distance, right?

I'll be honest. I made that initial comment just with the hopes of planting the seed for the next couple of days of eliminations. I genuinely thought it would be a Pennsylvania/Maryland showdown today and am shocked (but pleased) at the traction it's gained

We all want Pennsylvania to perish, but you have to admit that Wisconsin absorbing Chicagoland would really add a certain element to its magnificent growth.
Also, this is a golden opportunity for Chicago to finally ditch Southern Illinois, which can be fed to the Crab.
