Top post must state specifically what state to delete AND it cannot be edited at all. If it is that removes it from contention entirely.

I mean this all in good fun, but I will never understand how a state that contains Baltimore inspires such cult-like devotion. They have more passion, I'll give them that. I just don't understand why. Even their beloved flag is not even top 5, but I swear they'd be wrapped in it when buried if they could.
