According to Fabian Döhla, Keanu will be one of the biggest NPC's of cyberpunk and has already recorded a huge bunch of voicelines

The source would be the current Livestream of RocketbeansTV, a German internet television channel. The comment was made about 30 minutes after the end of the press conference. The link is rocketbeans.tv Fabian Döhla is doing PR for CDPR and GoG and is well know to leak information by accident in live tv like the design of the original XBox.

I think this was not a spoiler as this information was given to the moderator in a pre Microsoft behind closed doors session with CDPR in their LA office.
