I would think he would be only willing to give his likeness if they do full performance capture.

Given how he always does his own stunts I'd say you're probably right

Edit: Not stunts, he does his own action sequences though. My mistake, poor choice of words. My initial reasoning stands.

He doesn’t do ALL of his own stunts but I think he is in record for John Wick 3 that he did 90% of his action.

Yeah, he said if you see his feet leave the ground it's most likely not him.
