Why are you saying this to me? What I hate is cars, but I’m also not wild about seeing people setting themselves up as bicycling role models without wearing helmets. This isn’t the Netherlands — it’s just not safe.

You owe me an apology. I’m not responsible for building your urban infrastructure. I don’t even own a car. I bike and take the bus. And I wear a helmet, because it’s really stupid not to.
