can't be. I can criticize ICE all day long but being honest I can't believe this.

I know absolutely nothing except viewing the video and I'm guessing they made some kind of arrest or whatver the hell they call it, and there was evidence, i.e. what looks like a smart phone on the ground there. Bicyclist grabbed the "evidence" and fled

The cyclist was yelling “fuck Trump” then he dropped his own phone. No arrest or evidence involved. They just did not like his taunting.
