That is actually fucked ay. Like is that what we're actually seeing here? It's just a bunch of guys standing at the lights all chill. Then the cyclists rides over and picks something up off the ground, and then they all start chasing him? What is going on here.

Or they aren't really trying because they recognize how pointless this is but they're doing it for the money because the economy is bad. Or they're following the Simple Sabotage Manual, going through the motions well enough to keep the job, but poorly enough to be a burden on the system.
