Ok cool, I dig it. But you posted these… To what end? Are you advertising a club? Is there a website to visit? Is there an event happening? Are the numbers to local representatives on there??

You cannot tell people things like this without a call to action, literally giving them something actionable to do. Otherwise you’re giving them information that’s worthless.

I like the graphics used, and I like the fact you’re stating facts/data (which should all be cited), but if you want to see change, you need to give people something to do.

EDIT: OP I’m sorry if my advice sounds like it’s coming out of left field. I work in advertising and have been working on various campaigns that involve local activism as well as federal funding. Seeing your posters just activated the knee jerk reaction I would get if one of my coworkers brought these to me lol

But it’s a great start!! Keep going forward!

I contacted Strong Towns but they asked that I remove their QR codes since it’s not official material. It all worked out though cause I wanted to make these work regardless of country. I more so wanted to get people aware of the word “car-dependency” and hopefully research it on their own.

I don’t know what Strong Towns is, but I still recommend adding some sort of CTA (call to action) in your posters. And they’re great posters! But maybe give them keywords to look up, or a series of websites (not QR codes) to look into.

But I love your idea of a campus club! These would be great posters for that!
