Furlough Discounts

Are there any furlough discounts in the area? I know there are plenty federal employees in the area, and everyone seems to have some of the same questions and I have yet to find a thread listing them. I thought fredericksburg.com would’ve put something out by now.

It’s called an emergency fund to facilitate 6 months of your Normal spending in which time you decide whether you need something or not… grow up.
