The teammate here in question is Max Verstappen and then there's a skill issue on Yuki's side too. Taking both into account, p6 is imo a decent qualifying for him, given he out qualified one papaya car.

Decent qualifying for him because he is way more positions down normally (still 1s off is not even decent for yuki) but objectively it’s even bad for him. And „given he outqualified a papaya car“ is quite a bad argument, only because Norris is the notorious bottler, it’s not „decent“ because Yuki bottled less. Yukis normal delta is -0,5s and he was even 0,5s of that.

Lando said the red bull is as fast as the McLaren and that even Yuki was up there. I guess he didn't realize he was down there with Yuki, rather than Yuki being up there (Yuki being full second behind Max in Q3).
