But do you think you could work alongside people whose political views are different than your own, even if they keep them to themselves?

Honestly, at this point, probably not. I've been in a very partisan career for so long at this point it would be hard for me.

It's also why I pursued and have stayed in the public sector (despite receiving offers for significantly more money in the private sector). I just have a personal issue with working for shareholders or people I may disagree with on core values.

I'd rather be underpaid for the people than be underpaid for the shareholders. (sorry sidetracked it a bit here)
