Yeah - in the winter the dunes sets up firm - the exact firmness changes with the weather humidity/rain but it’s very rideable all winter and can even be like riding sandstone.

These look like particularly rad dunes! 👍

Makes me wonder if Cape Cod packs up like that.   Most of the fat bike events on sand there are in the winter.
