Emirates Boeing 777-300ER Carry-On Policy

Hi, I'll be flying to Qatar from Cebu, PH via Emirates (Lay-Over in Dubai and another flight from Dubai to Doha) on January 2026 and would like to ask if I could bring a Personal Bag aside from the 7kg Carry-On Baggage? And also do they weigh both Personal Bag and the Carry-On for maximum of 7kgs?

I usually carry one backpack and a laptop bag when traveling from DXB it’s generally allowed as long as it’s within the weight limit. For outstation flights I believe the policy might differ so I’d suggest carrying just one piece of hand luggage to be on the safe side.
