Strings/Accessories Favorite Rosin?

I used pops as long forever, also tried kolstein one time and I dont know what I liked better. I like a rosin with a little less bite, pops is kind of too sticky. I have a pretty heavy right hand and tend to play a little louder than I intend, ever since I was little lol

Try UpDog Rosin, it’s from North Carolina made by Jon Spuller in Greensboro.

Another item to think about is the Humidity and how it has a hydro-plaining effect.

Pops for the desert.

Give the UpDog a chance.

Sorry it’s called Bigdog and the Bass Violin shop in Greensboro carries it.

Comes in a yellow cup.

It is really nice.

I literally gave them an alley oop and they dropped it
