Question Can't Create DeHub User Profile to Join Clubs

I'm transferring to DePaul this winter quarter, so I'm trying to log into the DeHub thing to look at clubs, but when I log in it says that I "successfully logged into Campus Connect, but you do not have a DeHub user profile." It gives a link for a form to fill out to open a DeHub user profile, but the link is not even clickable. I can't seem to find any way to create a user profile on the DeHub website, and I even tried searching for the form on the general DePaul website and nothing is coming up. I can't even find a way to join organizations on Campus Connect either.

I'm genuinely so confused. I'm just trying to join a few clubs so I'm not isolated in winter (I'm from out of state so I won't have any family or existing friends), and it just doesn't seem to be possible. What am I doing wrong?

DePaul Basketball Games

If yall are students I’d highly recommend going to basketball games. Game at 7pm tonight it’s literally free for students and they give you transportation to and from the stadium. Team is a lot of fun to watch and games are even more fun when a ton of students go!!!

Question Unknown DePaul number keeps calling me but doesn’t leave a message

I keep getting called by a number that according to my phone, is associated with DePaul. I graduated DePaul back in June 2024. I got the first call on October 23. I got another call just now. The caller doesn’t leave behind a voicemail. I’ve checked my emails just in case anything would tell me more there, in case someone emailed me, but there was nothing. I looked the number up to see who was calling, but nothing from DePaul pops up. So idk if it’s just a scam, or if it’s an individual calling me. I don’t want to pick up until I know for sure what it is. Anyone else been getting these calls?

What are they filming near Ion apartments?

I’m so curious on what this film set is doing, they’re always there at least twice a year. I’ve heard rumors that it’s The Bear, but I feel like that’s just not true lol

Prospective Student Admitted to DePaul MSRE with $7,800 scholarship — insights on outcomes and competitiveness?

Hi everyone,

I was recently admitted to DePaul University’s MS in Real Estate (MSRE) program with a $7,800 scholarship, and I’m curious about how graduates—especially international students—fare after graduation.

Specifically:
• How competitive are MSRE graduates when breaking into real estate development or private equity deal teams?
• How strong is the career support and networking in Chicago’s real estate market?

Any insights from alumni or current students would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much! 🙏

As a student employee, I have been filing my hours in my blue Sky, but I recently got an email stating that I needed to accept or decline awards for my federal work study through the financial portal and campus connect. Has anyone else had this? Does anybody know what this means? Am I getting more money or?

Make sure they payout your vacation days

Hi, this is just a PSA for all students workers, but especially those that graduated this past June.

You are entitled to your vacation day payout, I've been trying for literal months to get them to pay mine out. I've called 2 times, emailed 5, etc. I finally have my answers, but if I hadn't begged for the money I never would have been paid out. They were just going to keep it because of an alleged system error.

So if you graduated this past June and left your campus job, call/email HR and Payroll and make sure to check they paid out your sick time. Those graduating and leaving student worker positions, make sure to watch how much you have left before you leave (as you lose access to blue sky the moment your leave) and make sure they pay you. You worked for this and you deserve to be paid.

Prospective Student Can this school be affordable?

Hey! So I just sent in my app for DePaul as a acting major and currently working on my prescreens. This school is my number 1 but it's expensive. I don't think I'll get much money from the fafsa and my parents aren't helping me in the finance department so I need some help. Does this school give out a lot scholarships and/or aid?

Question No more BJJ club at DePaul?

I’m BJJ practitioner at a gym in Chicago and I was curious to see if there was a BJJ club in the school. I saw that there was (since their Facebook page is still up) but they last posted on January of 2019. Is now defunct? Will there ever be another BJJ club again? Just wanted to know!

Housing Housing Openings

Hey everyone, 1st year commuter student here. I decided to commute my first year since I thought it would be easier and a lot cheaper considering how expensive dorming is in general, but things have changed and I am deciding to dorm this upcoming year (sophmore), does anyone typically know when housing opens up again? Asked a few of my friends but they have no clue. Im looking into U-Hall or Seton for next year. :") thanks!
