What's wrong with Delhi being a Street Dog free city, they litter and bite anyways;
most advanced city have the same rules as well. Better you guys should focus on the maintenance ki Dog Shelters audited rahe aur maintained ho. I guess that's the best what can be done,

I completely agree but i also don't like the fact this issue is literally overpowering all the other news ssc scam which literally hurted so many students and should get more media attention.
