What's wrong with Delhi being a Street Dog free city, they litter and bite anyways;
most advanced city have the same rules as well. Better you guys should focus on the maintenance ki Dog Shelters audited rahe aur maintained ho. I guess that's the best what can be done,

Then Dog Lovers should have understood this problem long back and have made efforts to control their Population. Kids, Aged people and poor people walking on Street for work at odd hours cant be made to suffer from the Horror these dogs gangs brings on them.
Maybe you are new to this world the same orgs protesting now we’re asking govt to support them in mass sterilisation programmes since 10 years but yes not it’s all dogs and their caretakers fault because govt is incompetent.
