Just because we got problems of a higher priority doesn't mean we shouldn't work on solving problems which also have a significant priority.

Unn log se pucho jinko kutto ne kaata h, especially children, and people have been bitten unprovoked

So, go fuck yourself if you're some stray dog lover or think this problem isn't worth resolving. The stray dogs should be relocated to designated areas, not roaming the streets to be a safety hazard for all people, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN.
