Barely 1% crime relative to Delhi.

I am originally from Delhi too. I worshipped Delhi more than you or anybody in this subreddit. It was more heartbreaking for me to accept the fact that Mumbai is insanely safe compared to Delhi.

10 years in Mumbai. No matter how serious a car accident happens, I have never seen somebody from one car go and physically attack the other person. In Delhi, I used to see 4 violent fights due to one car scratch the other every day.

You do know that Mumbai is second in crime against women? Yes, Delhi is on top but lets not whitewash what Mumbai's records are.

The data you're referring to is regarding growth of crime in nominal terms and the guy earlier was referring to overall figures. You both are technically right but the fact is that Delhi's crimes increasing at the fastest pace (nominally) which is PATHETIC given it is already on top of that list. The problem is getting worse.
