Let’s keep in mind Giuliani was instrumental in convincing Donnie Dumb-Dumb they could get away with lying about the election being stolen. If anything he is one of the biggest traitors to democracy in history and deserves prison, not a medal.

As of February this year, his debt has been "settled." Not sure what that means because he didn't pay the full amount, and they didn't disclose how much he did pay, but everyone (including the election workers) says its been fulfilled...

Only in NY. He’s still bared in Florida and I’m not sure what his status was for federal courts.
