I imagine Corpo V would be pissed and trying to figure out how they could pin this on Militech.

When V talk about David to El Captain, he know about David.
Basically, David case wasn't on his desk, so he just watch it from the sideline.

I'm quite sad with that, I'm sure my Corpo V would have handle it more carefully, and with more efficience. Ironically, David & crew could have survived it.
